Network Marketing

MLM, or Multi-Level-Marketing is also know as network marketing. Is it a true networking method or a figment of imagination is being discussed here. Foremost,  I am interested in finding solutions to suggest to the network marketing companies an added concept that will resolve the conflicts between distributors.
