In 2001 I worked in Construction Management in Granby Colorado. Not that people there were ignorant. They were very nice people. The company had over 100 employees. I noticed a problem between managers, engineers, and construction applicators. They had communication difficulties. As a result I found that change management was especially difficult because these stakeholders were ineffective communicating the change appropriately. This problem created the desire in me to learn more about these issues.
In 2002 I matriculated at the AIU for my masters degree. I became so learning hungry that I decided to obtain the highest possible academic degree available. I am now enrolled and just about in the finish phase of my Ph.D. program at Walden University in Leadership and Organizational Change.
