VII. Application Title:

Marketing material change project is going wrong- A learning Experience!

This section of this paper discusses in about 30 pages a real-live change event in an organization, which the author observed himself in the years 2003 through 2007. The discussion covers the complexities of change, analyzing the organizational setting in support or in conflict with these changes performed, and concludes with a proposal of methods that should have been used. Applied are change management methods discussed in the Breadth section and with the variable complexities of the Depth section of this paper.

The project described is about making changes to forms and marketing literature. These changes, in order to get them right and also comply with the diverse international laws and importation regulations, various departments in the organization had to be included in the design and redesign project of these materials. The participating stakeholders or team members from cross-functional departments all across the organization needed to be included in the project. It proofed to be far more complex and saturated with variables than expected; a perfect example to learn from.
