In the Past: I am a talented and skilled project manager. I use process mapping to lay out the project task steps and get the task participants’ buy-in. Besides 6 years experience in project management (PM) I have an MBA in Global Technology Management, which built the foundation for me to learn and perfect my user-knowledge of PM software, technology network applications, e-commerce, and statistics on a global level. And to show that I am quick learner, I finished my MBA with a 4.0 GPA in half the scheduled time (8 months instead of 16 to 18 months).

In addition I am just a few months away from completing a PhD research project in Leadership and Organizational Change. And I am a certified business process manager with experience in consulting and re-engineering organizational processes. I have strong communication skills. For example, I increased the relationship quality between the Corporate Headquarters in one company with its European management teams when traveling there. I learned to understand their culture, goals, and personalities. As a result the European management team became more open to accept council from senior executives of the Corporate Headquarters. Product suggestions were accepted and revenue increase followed.

keyword researcher and website content writer. For example, I was able to get the
search engines Google and Yahoo to display one website’s search results on page
'one' in only 1 week after its start up. As a result the website traffic to
this website brought over 100 high performance blender sales during its second month. Revenue of $
50,000 for a small start up business in less than 2 months is significant.
Process mapping
I am an experienced effective Business Process Management (BPM) process mapping consultant. For example, in 2004 at Brigham Young University (BYU) as part of a process mapping project team I managed the identification of current and future desired Financial Aid Application process steps. As a result, I was able to bring about positive change with new process objectives. Consequentially the new processes shortened BYU’s application process by 20%. This led ultimately to increased student satisfaction and also helped increase the quantity of student applications.
Multi-task project manager (The power of visual project task folders)
I am a well organized multi-task
project manager. For example, at one company I improved the project task
tracking system by organizing tasks into color-coded folders and putting the
task folders then into one project file. This helped to distinguish between
projects and tasks, and to update them systematically in hardcopy. It was easy by anyone
to take a look and inspect any status information. The hardcopy status was then
updated on Excel or MS Project software and disseminated to all project task
stakeholders.
While it was extra work, this filing system and organization of projects and their tasks resulted in the ability that anyone could retrieve a status report on a second's notice. When a task team member was behind schedule or above budget, this customized tracking system allowed for improved followup. It saved time!
Persistence and Focus!
I am a fast learner and gifted student. For example, in 2002 I wanted to receive my MBA in Global Technology Management. This was a 16 to 18 months program, already difficult enough for many to accomplish. Because of my focus and persistence as a fast learner, I was able to double-up my courses while working full-time, thus finishing my MBA course in ½ the time with a 4.0 GPA.
